Finally some walls to surf

And by walls I mean 2-3ft nicely shaped waves which is a rarity in Birch Bay. Usually there’s wind and rough water and mushy waves or closeouts but today was one of those days that left me with a big smile. Had missed a couple of days of waves in Jan and Feb but today in late February Seaman Spit started working. We had snow in the morning so it was cold but the tide and winds were just right to offer up some 2-3ft well formed walls that peeled all the way down the edge of the point. Long rides and long paddles back out. Super fun waves with nice shape and fairly clean. Perfect SUP waves and beautiful sunset to boot!
