Birch Bay State Park Beach

The State Park is truly the best place to camp in Birch Bay. The entire camping area is just a short walk to the beach and some of the campsites have water views (& sunset views) of the bay. The park has 147 standard sites 12-by-12-feet in the forested camping area, 20 water and electric sites, two primitive sites, a trailer dump station, eight restrooms (one ADA), and 18 showers (two ADA). Maximum site length is 60-feet (limited availability). Campsites are reservable for arrival dates from May 15 – September 15.

Birch Bay Thousand Trails

This location has 7 tent sites. It’s located a short drive from the beach and you have to bring your own fire pits but it’s a great place to rent if you have a large group and want everyone to be able to camp in the same grassy area. Prices are around $40 night, but this is also an RV camp so you have access to the pool, horseshoe pits, and a playground!
